BEER DONATION REQUEST
Thank you so much for thinking about Firestone Walker for your event. We take pride in supporting local nonprofit organizations and being a charitable cornerstone of our communities.
For legal purposes, there are a few criteria that must be met in order to donate:
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST:
- Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to your event
- The non-profit must currently have 501(c)3 status
- Applicant must be a representative of the nonprofit organization
- For our records, we’ll need a copy of the IRS determination letter, which verifies the nonprofit status of your organization
- Organization and event must be within San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, or Los Angeles Counties
- At this time, we are not accepting requests for silent auction or cash donations in order to prioritize our larger impact projects. If this is a sponsorship inquiry, please fill out our EVENT SPONSORSHIP inquiry form at this link.
