Berry Cherry Cobbler

When we started brainstorming for our 2021 Black Friday release, we decided we needed to jump back into the berry bush to deliver a tantalizing blend of flavors derived from blackberries, cherries, and vanilla beans. This blend is built upon a base of our saison style ale, matured for 24-36 months in French oak barrels. We added heaps of tart Montmorency cherries grown in Michigan as well as locally-grown blackberries selected for this special beer. Into this flavor fusion we then added the unmistakable flavor and aroma of Madagascar vanilla beans to help tie the room together and deliver the depth of dark red fruits with a soft and comforting pie spice finish.
