At Firestone Walker we love making beer. More so, we love making beer with great friends. So when the opportunity arose to work with Jack and Casey down the road at Topa Topa Brewing Company in Ventura California on a Hazy IPA, we got to work.
Pairing our brew captain, Dustin Kral with Topa co-founder and brewmaster Casey Harris, the boys brewed a collaboration beer that honors our award-winning Pale 31. Using the many of the same raw materials and hop profile as Pale 31, we crafted a modernized hazy-style pale ale while paying homage to the Central Coast.
