Rosalie is Firestone’s wine-beer hybrid that was co-fermented with Chardonnay and other wine grape varieties harvested just miles from the brewery. Although refreshing on its own, Rosalie is also a perfect base for year-round cocktails. Our taproom restaurants tested a few Rosalie cocktail recipes that truly are amazing and we couldn’t wait to share them with you. Enjoy!
